The shirt was a gift and came out cute....but it was missing the additional floral/plant wreath I paid to have around the pets heads on the front of the shirt.
Was disappointed that my order wasn't correct for my friend.
I paid extra for the flower/wreath details around the pets faces...but the shirt came and didn't have the flowers. Just plain faces, I specifically went with this brand to have that extra detail. I'm disappointed as this was a gift for a good friend.
i paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. it took over a month to arrive and was very bad quality when it did.
emailed the business twice and never got a response.
I ordered a sweatshirt with custom embroidery. I was not contacted to review and approve the draft before being created, and the size of the received item is completely incorrect (Large instead of Small).
Happy to reconsider my review if Zaotify answers my email about receiving a correct product (no replies in the last 20 days)
Im very upset about this purchase. I bought this before christmas for a gift for my sister and at first, customer service was nice and trying to help with me being satisfied with my order. A day or teo before christmas i asked for confirmation that it was being made, got sent a chat back saying “ Hi working on the new painting😂” emoji and all which made me confused and worried. as expected, i never heard back from customer service about my order which leads me to believe it was all a scam and they waited until right after christmas to stop responding. i have sent countless emails and texts through the online chat to no resolution. AND it certainly does not help that my package was “shipped for delivery” the day after my order which i thought was suspicious because i hadn't received the rough draft of the embroidery. i got told by chat that they mistaked my order and thought it was another one, no idea what the has to do with my tracking number??? my tracking # is attached to me address, so even if they put someone elses order in my bag and shipped by accident, it would have arrived to my house with contents i didn't purchase but alas, no package, no tracking number & the tracking number i do have, says my package has been in Hialeah Florida for 2 weeks now. stay away from this company, this is beyond ridiculous and i WILL be disputing and contacting BBB if this goes completely unresolved. BEWARE!!!
i never received my package! i even paid for express 3-5 day shipping and it has been over 2 weeks. i emailed customer support and haven’t gotten a response yet. not happy
The outcome of the product is nice. Looks good - exactly like the picture provided beforehand. The customer support let give feedback and adjusted the picture accordingly. The only downside I think is the embroidered part. It looks weird at some points and is mixing colors (but it's not a real problem it still looks nice)

I loved the material and feel of the custom sweatshirt. The only thing I would say is size down because they fit bigger.

Shipped quickly, beautiful sweater! There was still paper on the inside of the sweater between the embroidery. But this was quickly removed. I would recommend this!
