Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

We accept free returns and exchanges subject if you meet all of the following conditions:

1. 1: There is a product quality problem [non-human problem] within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will bear the freight
2. 2: Returned in the original packaging

You will need to pay for the return shipping fee by yourself if you have any of  the following cases:

1. 1: Non-product quality problems return
2. 2: The original packaging is not there

No returns or refunds will be accepted in any following circumstances：

1. 1：Customized product
2. 2：Fast shipping fee

Note: Before you decide to return or exchange, please contact us by sending email to support@zaotify.com for return communication, and we will provide the return address, please do not return the goods privately, otherwise we will reject the goods.

We'll issue the refund to your ZAOTIFY wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. The following item cannot be returned or exchanged: designs with custom request, unless defect.
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless the product is defective, we will provide a shipping label for your return or refund directly.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-ZAOTIFY products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
